June 27, Inaugural Conference of China Photovoltaic Industry Association members on behalf of the first session was held in Beijing CPPCC Vice Chairman MA Pei-hua, deputy minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Yang Xue Shan and central and local government related departments, industry organizations and Experts, Photovoltaic Industry Association members, media reporters attended the inaugural meeting. 

Vice-President and Deputy Minister MA Pei-hua Yang Xue Shan is China Photovoltaic Industry Association unveiled at the inaugural meeting, and were delivered a speech to congratulate the Association. Trina Solar Chairman and CEO JifanGao China Photovoltaic Industry Association and was elected first chairman. Association was founded at the beginning, about 150 members of the unit participated, including Trina Solar, Yingli, Artes, GCL, GD Solar, Yellow, JA, Xi'an Longi, Hina and other enterprises.

However, the PV industry is currently overcapacity does not resolve the vicious competition continues to strengthen, international trade disputes come and go, so constantly calling industry colleagues and seek to build a collection of all resources can be effectively brought together all the wisdom scattered unified voice, straighten trade disputes, to develop games platform rules, China Photovoltaic Industry Association came into being in the expectation sectors. Only good industry to good corporate expectations through the platform Photovoltaic Association, all Chinese PV people are able to stand high and see far ahead, unity and cooperation, along with managing China's solar industry mainstream energy towards the other side of the wheel. 

As a major initiative and launch units, Trina Solar has been working to promote the establishment of a national photovoltaic industry association. Where the chairman of several high discipline and state leaders to report and make recommendations to establish a national industry associations and has been recognized and supported by leaders.
